At our studio, we have a straightforward policy for appointment cancellations:

1. Cancellation/rescheduling by You:
– If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, there will be no cancellation fee.
– For cancellations/rescheduling made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50 euro cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
– Cancellations/rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to appear on time will result in the full appointment fee being charged, in addition to the cancellation costs.

2. Deposit Policy:
-To secure your appointment, we require a non-refundable deposit of the total service cost.
-The deposit will be deducted from the overall amount owed.
-Your deposit will remain in the system and can be applied towards a future appointment.
-Please note that the deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable.

3. Suspension or Termination by Us:
– We have the right to suspend or terminate an appointment in specific situations, such as unforeseen circumstances or non-compliance with appointment requirements.
– If we have to suspend or terminate your appointment due to our actions, you will be fully refunded.
– In case of uncontrollable situations like liquidation, bankruptcy, or similar circumstances, we may have to cancel the appointment with no obligation to provide compensation.

Please be ON TIME for your appointment, as late arrivals may impact the scheduled time.

Appointments can be modified or canceled through the website. 

Changes or cancellations can also be communicated via WhatsApp or SMS at the number 06-46032203. 

Please note, a phone call or message without confirmation is not considered a valid cancellation.


If you anticipate being late due any reason, please notify us via the number 06-46032203 with a message. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment cannot proceed and will be canceled. The full price of the treatment will be charged.

Ensure accurate contact details are provided. 

Incorrect information may result in not receiving email or SMS reminders. It is the customer’s responsibility to input this information correctly.


If you have received permanent makeup elsewhere, please send a photo via WhatsApp (06-46032203) for assessment regarding the possibility of covering it.

Customers with existing permanent makeup must indicate this online and can only schedule an appointment after approval by Jana Barbell PMU.

If it is necessary to remove existing permanent makeup before the planned treatment can take place, the deposit will be forfeited unless photos are provided via WhatsApp.

For a first session performed by a different specialist than Jana Barbell, the payment will cover the full treatment and not just a touch-up, unless otherwise agreed.


The aftercare session within 5 to 10 weeks is only intended for customers who have had a treatment with Jana no more than 10 weeks prior. After this period, the aftercare session is no longer included.

Within the one-week timeframe following the free aftercare session, it is possible to reschedule the appointment. If the delay is longer, the appointment will be canceled, and an appointment for a “touch-up, 3 months” can be booked online.

All scheduled touch-ups are subject to review. In the event of improper scheduling, we reserve the right to reschedule the appointment.


In the case of pregnancy, it is possible to reschedule the appointment free of charge, unless this occurs within 48 hours before the appointment. If you become pregnant after the first treatment and before the aftercare session, it will be postponed until after childbirth. The aftercare session will then become a touch-up within 1 year of the original appointment.

For diabetes patients, treatment can only be administered with a doctor’s certificate.


We strive for natural enhancement of beauty. Please refer to examples on my Instagram to understand my style and approach. If you opt for a technique or style not offered by us, the treatment will be halted.

During the preparation phase, the shape is determined. Keep in mind that the final result will be subtler and less intense.

We reserve the right to refuse customers if during the preparatory process it becomes clear that we cannot meet their expectations.

After approval of the shape, pigmenting begins. The definitive result becomes visible after 6 weeks.

Remember that every skin is unique, and therefore, results may vary.


We aim for perfection, using millimeters for precision. As faces (and bodies) are rarely symmetrical, a deviation of up to 1 millimeter may be made to achieve harmony.

We apply the same technique to all customers. In some cases, pigment may be less effectively absorbed by the skin due to reasons beyond our control. We adjust our technique to achieve the desired result. In most cases, this is successful. In rare instances, the pigment may not adhere well, requiring a second aftercare session with associated costs. In extremely rare cases, if the pigment does not adhere at all.
